ROSE MOLDENHAUER
Principal & Founder
Rose Moldenhauer is the Sole Proprietor of MRC Moldenhauer.
Rose has always been an entrepreneur and has been able to spot an opportunity. Having co-owned and run her own business for 20 years, she opted for a new and fresh change in her career.
Her love for renovating, interior decorating, and upcycling furniture her passion was stirred and her journey in real estate began.
A longstanding friend encouraged her to join a renowned property group. She took the challenge and hasn't looked back since.
25 Years later, she is still in business. She has successfully retained many of the original clients and introduced many more to the portfolio. Her clients have trusted her implicitly with their properties. This speaks for itself as people continuously refer their friends, colleagues, and clients to Rose.
SHERRY MOLDENHAUER
(PPRE-PROFESSIONAL PRACTITIONER OF REAL ESTATE)
Sherry began her real estate career in 2001, joining Rose as her assistant. It wasn’t long before the adrenaline and passion for the industry took hold, leading her to pursue a role as a rental agent with several renowned property groups. Over the years, Sherry has built a solid foundation of experience, knowledge, and a deep understanding of the rental market.
Sherry has been fortunate to gain experience in both rental and sales administration, offering valuable support to her team. She has worked closely with bond originators and conveyancers, giving her a well-rounded understanding of the property process from start to finish.
She holds an NQF4 qualification in Real Estate and is currently working toward completing her NQF5. A passionate researcher, Sherry firmly believes that continuous training and development are essential to growing a successful business.
Known for her attention to detail, persistence, and strong work ethic, Sherry is committed to going the extra mile for her clients—always striving to provide exceptional service with integrity and care.
